What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of energy healing that works with the unseen energy that flows through all living things. This energy affects the quality of a person's whole body health. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing technique.
Reiki is administered through the hands of a Reiki Practitioner. The client lies fully clothed on a massage table. The Practitioner's hands are held at each location, lightly touching or slightly away from the body.
